cancellation & Weather Policy

Guest Cancellations:

While we do not require advance payment, we ask that you respect our time and let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour may limit our ability to offer the spot to others.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book with us in the future.

Operator Cancellations (Weather & Safety):

Tours may be cancelled or modified due to unsafe weather or ocean conditions.
In such cases, we will contact you promptly and offer to reschedule or cancel the tour at no charge.

Late Arrivals:

Please be on time for your pickup or meeting point.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour or possible cancellation.
