Payment
We kindly ask for payment in cash on the day of your tour.
Our preferred currency is Japanese Yen (JPY), and we appreciate it if you can prepare the exact amount in advance.
In some cases, we may be able to accept U.S. Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR)—please ask us in advance if you’d like to pay in a different currency.
No advance payment is required.
For your safety and the safety of others, all participants are required to follow the guide’s instructions throughout the tour.
Participation Requirements
Kayak tours are not available to pregnant individuals or anyone with serious health conditions.
Participation is not permitted under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substances.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denial of participation or tour cancellation without refund.
Liability & Responsibility
Momo Tours Ishigaki is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or soiled during the tour.
We recommend using the provided dry bags for valuables and wearing clothing that can get wet or dirty.
Participation is at your own risk. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe experience, outdoor activities carry inherent risks, and guests are expected to act responsibly.
Any damage caused to equipment due to careless behavior may result in compensation being requested.
