The Rainy Season Has Ended – Summer Has Arrived on Ishigaki
After several weeks of changing weather, the rainy season on Ishigaki Island has come to an end and summer has officially arrived.
This is one of the most beautiful times of the year on the island. The days are getting longer, the ocean shines in brilliant shades of blue and turquoise, and the lush subtropical landscape is at its very best. With warmer temperatures and plenty of sunshine, it is the perfect season to enjoy outdoor activities.
Our kayak and SUP tours offer excellent conditions during this time of year. The calm waters of the Fukidō River Mangrove Community provide a peaceful setting to explore Ishigaki’s unique mangrove forests, while the coastline offers stunning views of the crystal-clear ocean.
Summer is also a wonderful season to explore the island. From scenic viewpoints to beautiful coastal roads, visitors can enjoy some of the island’s most spectacular landscapes under clear blue skies.
Whether you are visiting Ishigaki for the first time or returning once again, summer is a fantastic time to experience everything the island has to offer.
We look forward to welcoming you on one of our tours soon.
